Miami Science Museum BIM Support
CASE was hired by Grimshaw Architects to provide project support and technology integration services for the project team of the new 250,000 sq. ft. $275-million Miami Museum of Science. As part of this effort, CASE streamlined the exchange of building information models and analytical data between Grimshaw and their consultants: Arup and Rodriguez and Quiroga Architects. CASE also provided critical workflow and technology solutions to some of the more complex parts of the project, including the exterior 'living core' environment and curtain walls. As a result of these efforts, Grimshaw was able to receive more timely feedback on their design proposals, improving their ability to refine their early design concepts to better achieve project goals.
