CASE, as part of a team led by View By View of San Francisco, was awarded a General Services Administration (GSA) National Indefinite Delivery - Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide Building Information Modeling (BIM) and related professional services to GSA regions tasked with managing new construction projects, overseeing existing building renovations, and optimizing the performance of existing structures. The team, consisting of View By View, Affliated Engineers, Anshen + Allen, Rutherford & Chekene, Sandis, TBD Consultants and URS Corporation, brings a broad range of disciplines, deep industry experience and technology expertise to assist the GSA in achieving their BIM goals. The contract has a base year and four one-year options with an estimated value of $30 million.
