As part of their proposal for millwork in the new luxury suites at Madison Square Garden, Eastern Millwork Incorporated (EMI) wanted to take a modular pre-fabrication approach. CASE was brought in to produce a model-based construction sequencing visualization that EMI could use to communicate the approach to the construction manager and architect. Using 2D CAD, a basic 3D model of the base building and sketches from EMI, CASE developed an animation showing the installation sequence of detailed modular components. This animation was used to communicate that this approach was the most effective way to meet tight schedules and while achieving high quality.
