Parametric Design

Parametric modeling, as opposed to explicit modeling, involves the defintion of relationships between geometric objects. These relationships, when properly constructed, create a system that can be used to explore a range of design options simply by modifying the underlying parameters. This can enhance the modeling process by giving the project team precise control over design changes, while minimizing error due to remodeling. CASE works with clients to both plan and execute parametric models at any stage of the building design and construction phases.
